Stashios Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping
Our USA-made Stashios treats and products ship domestically via USPS from our facility located in Hopkins, Minnesota. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
After we receive your order confirmation email, orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be processed. You will receive another notification when your order has been received by the shipping carrier.
When your order has been received by USPS, you will receive a shipping notification from us by email which will include your order details and a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@stashiospet.com with your name and order number, and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Currently, we do not offer expedited or international shipments. We do not offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Apologies for the inconvenience. We hope to be able to offer international shipments in the near future.

Returns
Stashios is a women owned and run company offering products that stash what pets need in what they love. We are inspired by pets, fueled by fun and committed to health and wellness. We stand 100% behind the products we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Please contact our support team Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. CST at (612) 605-7560 or anytime by email at service@stashiospet.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Any product that is found to be unsatisfactory within 30 days of receipt or has been received damaged or unusable may be eligible for replacement, a store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances involved. You may be required to provide certain information such as lot code and best buy date, so please do not discard your product prior to contacting us. We are unable to accept returns on expired products.
We will credit the payment method originally used to make the purchase. Please allow 2 weeks for your return to be processed. Some payment methods take longer than others. Refunds will be issued for the item’s actual purchase price. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund original shipping charges.
